How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your parcel’s journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping for Malaysia orders above RM120.
For orders below RM120:
West Malaysia: RM5 flat rate
East Malaysia: RM10 flat rate
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For ready stock items, delivery within Malaysia typically takes 2–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery may take slightly longer during promotional periods, product launches, public holidays, or peak courier seasons.
Are your items ready stock or preorder?
We offer both Ready Stock and Preorder items.
Ready Stock
Items without any special label are ready stock and will be dispatched within our usual processing timeline. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Malaysia.
Preorder
Preorder items will be clearly marked with [PREORDER] in the product title.
The product description will include:
- Preorder closing date
- Estimated arrival date
As these pieces are sourced directly from Korea, delivery generally takes 4–6 weeks. Once they arrive in Malaysia, each item undergoes quality inspection and preparation before being shipped to you.
