At The Seoulful Edit, every order is carefully prepared to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, promotional campaigns, new product launches, public holidays, or courier delays. While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, occasional delays may occur.
Ready Stock Orders
Estimated delivery times within Malaysia:
West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on Malaysia orders above RM120.
For orders below RM120:
West Malaysia: RM5.00 flat rate
East Malaysia: RM10.00 flat rate
Shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Orders Containing Both Ready Stock and Preorder Items
If your order includes both ready stock and preorder items, we will arrange separate shipments for your convenience.
Ready stock items will be shipped first.
Preorder items will be dispatched once all preorder items under the same order are available.
This policy applies to Malaysian orders only.

Estimated arrival times for preorder items may vary depending on the product and supplier availability. The expected waiting period will be stated on the product page.
All preorder items are carefully sourced from trusted South Korean suppliers and undergo quality checks before being shipped to you.
