These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse, purchase from or otherwise use our website and services.
The Seoulful Edit is operated by Blue Whale Global, a business registered in Malaysia under SSM Registration No. 202603041787 (JM1040387-T).
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any other policies referenced here, including our Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws.
1. About The Seoulful Edit
The Seoulful Edit is a Malaysia-based online retail and curation platform offering selected beauty, personal-care, lifestyle and other products.
We choose our products carefully, but availability, collections and product offerings may change from time to time.
2. Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful personal shopping and browsing purposes.
Please do not use the website in a way that:
- violates applicable laws or regulations;
- interferes with the operation or security of the website;
- attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- uses false or misleading information;
- involves fraudulent purchases or payment activity; or
- copies, reproduces or commercially uses our content without permission.
We may restrict access to the website or cancel an order where we reasonably believe there has been fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

We do our best to present every product as clearly and accurately as possible.

- ingredients or materials;
- size or quantity;
- usage instructions;
- photographs;
- pricing;
- availability; and
- relevant care or safety information.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting and your device display.
Packaging may also change from time to time where a manufacturer updates its design, provided the product supplied remains the product ordered or an otherwise properly disclosed equivalent.
If we discover a material error in a product description or listing, we will correct it as soon as reasonably possible.

For skincare, cosmetics, personal-care and similar products, individual experiences may vary.
Information provided by The Seoulful Edit is intended to help you understand the product and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
If you experience an unexpected or concerning reaction to a product, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights relating to defective or unsafe products.
5. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Malaysia store are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).
The price applicable to your order will be shown before you complete checkout.
Shipping charges, discounts or other applicable amounts will also be shown during the order process where relevant.
We may change product prices from time to time. Price changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted by us.
6. Pricing & Listing Errors
Occasionally, a genuine technical, typographical or pricing error may occur.
If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, with materially incorrect information or under circumstances where the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled as displayed, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.
Where necessary, we may cancel the affected order and provide a full refund of any amount already paid for that cancelled order.
We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher amount without your agreement.
7. Placing an Order
Before completing checkout, please review your:
- selected products;
- quantity;
- delivery details;
- contact information; and
- total order amount.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when placing an order.

Where operationally possible, we will try to correct genuine order-entry errors before fulfilment.
Once an order has been packed or dispatched, some changes may no longer be possible.
8. Order Confirmation & Acceptance
After placing an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation.
This confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.
An order may occasionally be declined or cancelled where, for example:
- an item is unexpectedly unavailable;
- there is a genuine pricing or listing error;
- payment cannot be verified or completed;
- delivery cannot reasonably be arranged;
- information required to process the order is incomplete; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
We will not cancel an order simply to avoid our obligations under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Payments
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
Payment options may be provided through third-party payment providers and may change from time to time.
By choosing a payment method, you may also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
The Seoulful Edit does not require customers to provide payment information outside our authorised checkout or payment channels.
If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from us, please contact us before making payment.
10. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, gifts or other offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- promotions are available for the stated promotional period;
- promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- only eligible orders qualify;
- promotions may be subject to stock availability; and
- separate promotion-specific terms may apply.
Where a promotion has been used fraudulently or contrary to its stated conditions, we may remove the promotional benefit or cancel the affected transaction where reasonably appropriate.
Promotional or sale pricing does not affect statutory consumer rights relating to products that are defective, unsafe, incorrect or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
11. Stock & Availability
Products marked as ready stock are subject to availability.
We try to keep our inventory accurate, but occasional stock discrepancies may occur.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable before fulfilment, we will contact you and may offer:
- a refund for the unavailable product;
- an alternative, with your agreement; or
- another appropriate solution.
We will never require you to accept a substitute product that you did not agree to purchase.
12. Preorders
Products identified as preorder are not immediately available for dispatch.
Estimated arrival or fulfilment dates are provided as guidance and may be affected by suppliers, international transportation, customs, logistics or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where there is a material delay, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.
Preorder purchases cannot be cancelled simply because of change of mind once the order has been placed.
However, if we are unable to fulfil a preorder, or where applicable law otherwise gives you a right to a remedy, we will provide the appropriate refund or other solution.
Any additional terms specific to a preorder will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.
13. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered according to the shipping options and terms shown on our website or during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other logistics disruptions.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided with your order are accurate.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.

14. Changes, Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations simply because of change of mind once an order has been placed.
However, this does not affect any rights or remedies available to you under Malaysian consumer protection laws.
If your product is damaged, defective, unsafe, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

15. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content created for The Seoulful Edit website — including our branding, written content, graphics, page designs and original photography — belongs to The Seoulful Edit, Blue Whale Global or the relevant rights holder.
You may browse and share links to our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Our content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, modified or commercially exploited without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Product names, logos, photographs or materials belonging to third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, courier services, social platforms and external websites.
Where you choose to use a third-party service, that provider may have its own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for independently operated third-party websites that we do not control.
This section does not exclude any responsibility that The Seoulful Edit cannot lawfully exclude.

We aim to provide accurate product information, reliable order processing and reasonable customer support.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer remedies where doing so would be prohibited by Malaysian law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Seoulful Edit is not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from use of the website or products contrary to the instructions, warnings or intended use provided.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.
Changes will apply from the date they are published and will not be used to retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen from an existing transaction.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.
